Off-Set Production Timelines
Fall Catalog
December (year prior): Online title submission form opens for the fall catalog season
Mid-January: Publisher’s backlist changes are due
End of January: Title submission forms for new titles and all cover image files for the catalog are due
Early March: Interior samples/material for the sales kits are due
April: Sales conference in Chicago—new titles are presented to the IPG sales force and sales reps begin visiting accounts
May/June: BEA Convention (titles in the fall catalogs are eligible to be displayed

Spring Catalog
June (year prior): Online title submission form opens for the Spring catalog season
Early September (year prior): Title submission forms for new titles and all cover image files for the catalog are due
