Amazon is now accepting nominations for their Q4 Kindle Deals (October, November, December). Nominations are due Tuesday, August 29.
A separate notification will be announced for Holiday Deals themes.
See below for new Q4 themes and download the nomination form. Do not complete the Vendor Code column in the form. INscribe will complete this when we submit your titles to Amazon.
If your title is accepted for a Kindle Deal, we will notify you. Amazon will set the discount on their side but we highly encourage that you send a price campaign and offer the price to all retailers should you be selected.

New to Kindle Deals: India
You now have the option to directly nominate your deals to run in India. If you have the rights to distribute the title in India and want to nominate it for inclusion in the pilot, just mark ‘Yes’ in the column labelled ‘Approved for IN’ in the nomination file. Otherwise, mark ‘No’.
For any deals offered in the pilot, Amazon will convert the temporary promotion price to Indian Rupees for customers, and the amount Amazon pays will be calculated based on the converted price, consistent with the terms of INscribe's eBook Agreement. Within the limits of applicable laws and (for certain business models only) Amazon's contractual obligations to INscribe, Amazon will retain sole discretion over the customer price.
Nominating a title for availability in India does not guarantee that Amazon will make the deal available there, and Amazon retains sole discretion with respect to which titles are included in the Kindle Monthly and Daily Deals. This pilot is available for a limited time, and Amazon may modify or discontinue it at any time. |

Q4 Themes

Directions: Kindle Deals Nominations
For those of you new to Amazon's Quarterly Deals, there are a few options available for nomination:

Kindle Daily Deal: 24-hour deep discount promotion. Any title you nominate should be your biggest-performing and best-known titles. They should have more than 10 reviews and a rating of 3.8-stars or higher. Discounted pricing should be at least 80%, but we highly encourage using $.99.

- There are several deal types: Flagship, Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Mystery/Thriller or LitFic; Kids/Teen or Non-Fiction.

Monthly Deals: A discount price of ≥80% for a full month. Nominated titles should be strong-performing titles with high customer reviews.

Delivers Giveaway: Promotion offering one of select titles free to customers when they sign up for one of the Delivers marketing email subscriptions.

Gold Box: Similar to the Daily Deal, this is for titles with more than 50 reviews and rating of 3.8-stars or higher.

Bundled Nomination: Only available for the Gold Box Kindle Daily Deal. You may nominate multiple titles in a theme, provided you list each one on a separate line and note the theme of the bundle and total number of titles in the Theme if Bundled Nomination column of the nomination form for each nominated ASIN. (e.g. "12 British Mysteries for KDD or Goldbox).
Reminders:
- For titles accepted for any of the above Deals, Amazon will discount on their side, and you will receive royalties based on the discounted price. This discount will only be available on Amazon. You do not need to send a price campaign sheet unless you would like to offer the discount for other retailers.
- INscribe will complete the Vendor Code with our personal code. Leave that column blank.
- Ensure there are NO duplicate ASINs submitted – these will be eliminated from consideration in the selection process.
- Any titles discounted to $.99 or less in the past 2 years are NOT eligible for a Kindle Daily Deal.
