There are several ways to upload and distribute your eBook content. The first is via the FTP, the second is via the Athena console. Please follow the below steps to upload your ebook metadata and files to Athena. 


  1. Log into your Athena account here using the username and password your liaison provided. If you don't have a username and password, please contact help@inscribedigital.com

  2. Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Products Catalog page. Navigate to the Uploads section using the menu on the left side of the page. 

  3. Select the Add File + icon in the bottom right corner to select the files for upload. You can upload Metadata (ONIX or Bulk Metadata sheet), Price Campaigns, eBook Files, and Cover images here. While you can upload multiple files at the same time, we recommend using the FTP if you are uploading a larger batch (50+ files).

  4. Once you've added the files, select the Upload All Files button in the bottom right corner. The progress bar next to each file will turn green as the file processes. 

  5. Lastly, navigate to the Select Primary Publisher drop down in the upper right corner and click the check box next to the Publisher name the files should be uploaded under. Then click Start Ingestion.
