We're so excited to release the new Athena UI and hope you are too! Below is a quick walk through of the new layout. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you log in, you will automatically be taken to the Product page. From this page, you can easily navigate to any of your products currently uploaded to Athena. The catalog has two sections, Products and Assets.
Under the Products Catalog, you'll see the Cover (if available), ISBN, Title and number of Assets for each of your products. When you click on the cover of a title, you will be taken into the General product page and can navigate to the Assets, Distribution History, Event Log and Metadata for that specific Title.
You can search for a specific title by using the filters at the top of the screen: Identifier, Publisher, Form, State
You can also view the Assets Catalog by selecting Assets from the menu on the left. The Assets Catalog allows you to easily see all the assets (cover, ONIX, eBook files, etc.) that have been uploaded for a title. From here, you can also download the assets for multiple titles.
Under the Ingestion History, you can view any files that were uploaded either via the Athena Console, or FTP. The Ingestion History is organized by Publisher and the method for upload, either FTP or Athena Console. Each ingestion is broken into packages named by the date it was uploaded and a process number. You can use the Publisher drop down to filter by Imprint and the Date Range to either expand or narrow down results.
You can upload Metadata (ONIX or Bulk Metadata sheet), Price Campaigns, eBook Files, and Cover images here. While you can upload multiple files at the same time, we recommend using the FTP if you are uploading a larger batch (50+ files).
For more specific information on each of these functions, please check out our Athena Tutorials - NEW UI section of the Solutions page!
