Each title you upload into Athena has it's own Product Page with the cover, ISBN, assets and distribution history.

Log into your Athena account here using the username and password your liaison provided. If you don't have a username and password, please contact help@inscribedigital.com

Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Products Catalog page.  From here, navigate to the title you'd like to update. The easiest way to do this is by searching for the ISBN. Select the Identifier button in the top left, then enter the ISBN(s) you'd like to view and click Apply. You can also search by Publisher, Form and State.

After the title loads, go into the title product page by clicking the cover image (Note: If a cover image isn't shown, this means one hasn't been uploaded for your title yet, but you should still be able to click into the title product page). You'll be taken to the General information page for the title. 

From here, you can navigate to the Assets, Distribution, Event Log and Metadata sections using the tabs in the upper right corner.


Under the General page, you'll be able to see basic metadata for the title, like ISBN, Author, Description, Price, Language and when the title was last updated. 


Under the Assets Page, you'll be able to see all the assets that have been uploaded for that title. This includes Covers, ePubs/ Mobi files, Metadata/ ONIX. You can easily download any assets from this page by highlighting the desired asset and selecting the blue download button on the right. 

When you highlight a specific asset (for example the Cover file), you'll see all the previous versions that were uploaded under the Historical Versions section at the bottom of the page.


Under the Distribution section, you'll be able to see which partners the title distributed to, the status and process date. There are several different statuses: 

Delivered:  This means the title was successfully sent to that partner. 

In Process: This means the title is still being sent. 

Excluded: This means that partner was excluded from distribution either in the metadata, or the title is missing a required asset.

Error: This means there was a error sending the title to this partner. A Failed Distribution report will be emailed to you the following day with specifics on the error. 

Event Log

The Event Log will give you a run down of all activity for the title. 


The Metadata page will give you a breakdown of each section of the metadata for the title.
